Founder x Don Julio Chef's Experience Dinner
The evening will be featuring a menu of creative dishes paired with unique tequilas from Don Julio. Chef Kendall has put together a selection of 5 courses, starting with a glass of sparkling wine to kick off the evening. The following courses will each be paired with a half-ounce pour of a different tequila from Don Julio's family of spirits, chosen to complement the flavours of the dish.
The 5 course dinner features a special treat from Wildridge Wagyu. Menu offers vegetarian and pescatarian options as well.
Dinner seatings run from 5 pm to 10:30 pm. Bubbles are also available for pre-purchase through OpenTable.

Notes:
- If tequila isn't your thing, you can always swap out those four half-ounce pours for one (1) drink from our a la carte drink menu.
- For NYE our a la carte dinner menu won't be available. As a result we won't have a lot of options on our menu so we might not be able to accommodate substitutions or certain dietary restrictions.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
